Bullpen Sessions - include working on your pitches by throwing to specific zones on a target.  Each pitched is timed using a Jugs Radar Cube to assure no significant loss of speed due to aiming.  There are multiple zones on the target.  

Situational Pitching - Pitchers will work on situations such as:

• Hitter Type
  • Lefty Slapper
  • Power Hitter (No-Parter)
  • Weak Hitter (Pound Out)
  • Base Hitter
• Game Situation
  • Ground Ball Needed
  • Fly ball Needed
  • Hit Behind the Runner
  • Position in Batters Box
  • Swing Plane
• Simulated Games
  • Using made up line ups with varied hitter types and game situations
  • Using actual known team line ups

Pitching Competitions - Pitching Accuracy Leagues where similar skilled pitchers face each other on a weekly basis using a scoring method for accuracy.  The leagues run for certain period of time.  Scores for each weeks competition are kept along with each sessions statistics in order to review each pitchers progress.  Standings are kept and awards are given at the end of each session.  Individual and Team Leagues.
