Group and Individual Lessons -  include: The Make-up and Role of a Catcher, Equipment, Stance, Target, Receiving the Ball, Framing Pitches, Blocking Pitches, Signals/Pitch Calling, Throwing, Fielding, Pop-ups, Blocking the Plate, Pop and Release Times, Communication and the Mental Part of the Game.

Catching Clinics - Beginning to Advanced catching clinics are offered to softball organizations, house leagues or for fundraising for travel organizations.  

Catching Time - Catchers can get catching time with their pitchers or with other local pitchers due to our relationship with local pitching coaches.

Pitcher and Catcher Simulated Games - Pitchers and Catchers can work together in simulated games in order to  promote a better pitcher catcher relationship.

Conditioning - Many drills incorporate strength and conditioning as part of the drills.

Full Catcher’s 75 + item Game Evaluation - A catchers evaluation where skills like Stance, Giving Signs, Receiving, Throwing, Defense and Communication are evaluated in order to highlight areas to improve upon.
